- Repair Details: device type, serial/IMEI, fault description, diagnostic notes, service history.
- Transaction: invoices, payments, refunds (we do not store full card details).
- Technical (website): IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, cookies.
- Communications: emails, messages, call notes.
- Content on your device: Only if required to deliver the service (e.g., data backup or recovery). We do not routinely access your personal files and will limit access to what is strictly necessary.

6. Data on Your Device (Special Handling)
When you ask us to back up, migrate, or recover data, we act under your instructions and access only what is necessary to perform the task. We never use the content of your files for any purpose other than fulfilling your request. Please back up your data before service whenever possible.

- Emails & correspondence: up to 24 months after resolution.

We may retain data longer where required by law or to establish/defend legal claims. We securely delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.
