How long do repairs take?
Many fixes (screens, batteries, ports) are completed the same day. Complex issues (board-level, liquid damage, advanced data recovery) typically take 2–5 business days, depending on parts and workload.
What is your diagnostic process?
We run a multi‑point inspection, hardware tests, and a software health check. You get a clear quote and timeframe before any work begins.
What if my device can’t be repaired?
If a repair is uneconomical or parts are unavailable, we’ll explain options. In most cases you only pay for approved work—no fix, no fee for the diagnostic.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Repairs include a parts & labour warranty. Coverage length varies by service and part type; accidental damage and liquid exposure are excluded.
Are the parts original (OEM)?
Where available, we use genuine OEM parts. When OEM is unavailable, we use premium, tested equivalents that meet or exceed industry standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and secure digital payments. Invoices are available for business customers.

Yes—most screen, battery, charging‑port, and camera repairs are completed the same day when parts are in stock.
Laptops/Desktops: Can you help with performance and overheating?

Consoles: Do you repair HDMI ports and power issues?
Absolutely. We fix HDMI/USB‑C ports, disc drive faults, Blue Light of Death, overheating, and storage failures on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo systems.
Data Recovery & Security
Can you recover data from damaged devices?
Yes. We recover from accidental deletion, drive failure, liquid damage, OS corruption, and more. Success depends on the condition of the storage, which we assess first.
Is my data private and secure?
We follow strict confidentiality procedures. Data is accessed only when necessary for recovery or testing and is never shared. On completion, we can securely wipe old drives on request.
How long does data recovery take and what does it cost?
Turnaround varies from same‑day (logical recovery) to several days for complex hardware cases. You’ll receive a fixed quote after evaluation; you only pay if you approve the recovery plan.
What should I do after liquid damage?
- Power off immediately and do not charge.
- Avoid rice; it doesn’t remove corrosion.
- Bring it in as soon as possible for professional cleaning and inspection.
